According to SBA.gov, Small businesses make up up 55% of all jobs in the US and 66% of all net new jobs since the 1970s. That’s influential! Think about it, that’s more than half of the jobs in America coming from companies with less than 99 employees. Not bad.

  • The 600,000 plus franchised small businesses in the U.S. account for 40% of all retail sales and provide jobs for some 8 million people.

Small Business is thriving. Although, it is important to remember that part of the reason Small Business is doing well, is due to shoppers buying locally.
